Two different systems: getting across a city, which is priced by the kilometre, and getting between the three cities, which is a booked journey with a fare and a clock.
Inside a city
| Mode | Time for 5 km | Base fare | Per km | Traffic | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 🚶 Trek | 1h | free | free | +0 | Free, but slow, and long walks tire you out. |
| 🛺 Keke | 17 min | ₦1 | ₦1 | +0.8 | Three people on the back bench. |
| 🚐 Danfo | 15 min | ₦2 | ₦1 | +1 | "Enter with your change!" |
| 🏍️ Okada | 10 min | ₦4 | ₦1 | +0.35 | Fast. Hold on tight. |
| 🚕 Cab | 12 min | ₦8 | ₦1 | +1 | AC and comfort. |
| 🚙 Your car | 10 min | free | ₦1 | +0.9 | Daddy's Prado. You only pay for fuel. |
The traffic figure is added to the journey's cost as the go-slow bites. Trekking is free but slow and tiring; the cab and the car are quick but dear.
Between cities
| Mode | Operator | Fare | Duration | Energy | Hygiene |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ✈️ Flight | Air Peace | ₦100 | 1h | — | — |
| 🚌 Night bus | GIG | ₦99 | 3h | -18 | -16 |
| 🚙 Drive | Own car | ₦99 | 2h 30m | -24 | -16 |
Arriving tired is the trade for a cheaper seat. Only a booked journey moves your character between cities — browsing another city's map does not. There is a fuller walkthrough in the travel guide.
